The Zum Pul Che later called Temazcal by the aztecs. In ancient Mesoamerica it was used as part of a curative ceremony to purify the body, healing the sickness, improving health, creating consciousness and connection with the surrounding.
We return to the Mayan medicinal tradition. In a steam bath with four phases or doors that represent the four elements the state of the body before birth is recreated. Through hot stones, medicinal herbalism and shamanic songs, we cure our being in an experience that makes us sweat fears and negativity to be reborn, just like the ancient Mayans did.
