Is there a cancellation policy?
Depending on the type of reservation you have the following information applies:
- PROMOTIONAL POLICIES:
Guarantee Policy: Require a 100% nonrefundable charge on the credit card used for booking.
Cancel Policy: No change or cancellation is allowed.
No-show: A 100% penalization. - SEMIFLEXIBLE:
GUARANTEE POLICY: Require a 50% non refundable charge in the credit card used for booking.14 days prior the check-in we charge the other 50% (nonrefundable).
CANCEL POLICY: Cancelation must be done 14 days before the arrival date to avoid a 100% penalization. The 50% charged at time of booking is nonrefundable.
