Is a deposit required when booking?
Yes, all our bookings require a deposit, which may be either 50% or 100% of the total fee depending on the rate and date you are booking. A 50% deposit of the total villas cost including taxes is required to secure your reservation when paying a Rack Rate. Other rates may require a 100% payment upon reservation. In all cases, deposits are non-refundable. For bookings during Christmas and New Year’s holiday period, 100% payment of the reservation amount is required.
