This New Year’s Eve, we gather inside HALO — Light Ceremony, an immersive culinary ritual inspired by the subtle radiance that surrounds all living things. A halo is an emanation — a glow that protects, reveals, and opens a portal to clarity.
In this celebration, light is not only seen: it is inhabited, shared, and honored.
Through a four-course menu that explores different expressions of luminosity—its warmth, its movement, its transformative quality—this experience invites you to enter 2026 within a gentle, enveloping glow.With curated music, sensorial interventions, and an atmosphere suspended between shadow and brilliance, HALO becomes a space to renew, awaken, and step into the first light of 2026.

To ensure a seamless and harmonious experience during HALO — Light Ceremony, both in ambiance and timing, the evening will follow these guidelines:
KIN TOH and ITALIK will offer THE NEW YEAR’S EVE DINNER in a MIRRORED format,
sharing the same concept and ceremonial structure.
ITALIK will serve as the family-friendly option, offering a warm and relaxed environment for guests traveling with children.
A special children’s menu will be available exclusively for guests under 6 years old, featuring:
- Four-cheese pizza
- Margherita pizza
- Tomato-sauce pasta
- Butter pasta
